Emerging from the cloud is an artwork composed of digital print and figurative sculpture which examines human otherness in an environmental fantasy. The symbolic figure plays with a fanciful notion of humanity rising above adversity and emerging from its current circumstances. The sculptural figure is composed of recycled aluminium that combines traditional sculpture making and print montaged in a digital interplay between reality and fiction.
